Upon consideration of appellant's motion for an order suspending an injunction against a strike pending appeal and for an expedited hearing on said motion, and the letter dated September 23, 1969, from counsel for appellee, and appellee's answer in opposition to appellant's motion, and after hearing, all in the above-entitled case,

It is ORDERED that that portion of the order of the District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, filed September 19, 1969, which enjoined appellant United Steelworkers of America from striking, be and hereby is suspended pending disposition of this appeal; and

It is Further ORDERED that appellant hand-serve and hand-file its legible typewritten brief and appendix not later than Friday, October 3, 1969; and

It is Further ORDERED that appellee hand-serve and hand-file its legible typewritten brief not later than Wednesday, October 8, 1969; and

It is Further ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court list this case for argument on the merits on Friday, October 10, 1969.
