Appeal, No. 154, March T., 1959, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Jan. T., 1957, No. 1742, in case of Russell S. Dawson v. Pennsylvania Power Company. Judgment affirmed; reargument refused February 12, 1960. Trespass. Before WEISS, J. Verdict for plaintiff in amount of $75,000; defendant's motion for judgment n.o.v. dismissed, and judgment entered on verdict. Defendant appealed.
