Judgment affirmed; reargument refused February 23, 1960. Trespass for personal injuries. Before HUBBARD, P.J. Verdict for plaintiff in amount of $50,000; defendants' motions for judgment n.o.v. and new trial dismissed and judgment entered on verdict. Defendants appealed.
