Judgment affirmed. Same case in court below: 17 Pa. D. & C.2d 287. Proceedings on appeal from award of a board of viewers. Before KENNEDY, J., and a jury. Motion by defendant for compulsory non-suit granted and plaintiff's motion for removal of compulsory non-suit and for new trial refused, and judgment entered. Plaintiff appealed.
