originally sentenced, there is no merit in his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
And now, September 1, 1951, the defendant's petition for a writ of habeas corpus is denied. An exception is noted on the behalf of the defendant. Costs of this proceeding to be paid by the Court of Adams.
