In this action which was instituted April 13, 1948, plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant, his landlady, under Section 205 of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, *fn1" as amended, for treble damages for alleged overcharges of rent. The total amount claimed is $ 631.50, plus a reasonable attorney's fee and costs.
