April 17, 1936

KART
v.
UNITED STATES; STABILE V. SAME; MAHFOOD V. SAME.

Appeals from the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Pennsylvania; Frederic P. Schoonmaker, Judge.

Before BUFFINGTON and THOMPSON, Circuit Judges, and FORMAN, District Judge.

Per Curiam.
