CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD CIRCUIT

February 15, 1933

UNITED STATES, APPELLANT,
v.
BLAIR S. LOMIRE, APPELLEE

Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Before BUFFINGTON, WOOLLEY, and DAVIS, Circuit Judges.

Per Curiam.
